About these terms
These terms apply when you use the V8 World website (v8world.co.uk), enquire about a vehicle, or register for one of our events. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Vehicle listings
We take care to describe each car accurately, including specification, mileage, history and condition, but listings are for guidance only and do not form part of any contract of sale. Availability, price and specification may change without notice. Please confirm the details of any vehicle with us in writing before travelling to view or purchase.
Sale of vehicles
Any sale of a vehicle is governed by a separate written invoice and sale agreement between you and V8 World. Consumer rights under UK law (including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 where applicable) are not affected by these website terms.
Event registrations
Registering for one of our events is free and non-binding on both sides. We may change or cancel an event where we need to; if we do, we'll let registered attendees know using the details you provided.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site — for example by attempting to gain unauthorised access, uploading malicious content, or scraping listings for commercial republication without our permission.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including photographs, descriptions, branding and layout, is owned by or licensed to V8 World. You may view and share links to individual pages but may not otherwise reproduce content without our written permission.
Liability
We do our best to keep the site available and accurate, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
